The Department of Earth Sciences is recruiting for a Workshop Technician. The Workshop Technician is a key member of the workshop team. The workshop facilities provide a design, build, modification and repair service for the academic staff in the department.

Communications Officer for Oxford EARTH

We are looking to appoint a Communications Officer to support the delivery of communications projects and initiatives relating to Oxford EARTH (Equitable Access to sustainable Resources for a Thriving Habitat), a new multidisciplinary research project centered around sustainable natural resources, and lead by the Department of Earth Sciences. This role will work closely with all involved departments, as well as communications teams in these areas, the wider University community, and with external partners.

Programme Manager – Oxford EARTH Programme

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to manage the overall operational delivery for the University of Oxford’s Strategic Research Fund Oxford EARTH; an interdisciplinary initiative building sustainable and equitable natural resources. As Programme Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the day-to-day management and facilitating the strategic direction of Oxford EARTH, working closely with the programme’s director, researchers across 9 departments, and liaising with external partners to support impactful, translational research on climate and environment.
